Chortophaga viridifasciata?
Possibly Northern Green-striped Grasshopper (Chortophaga viridifasciata); please wait for an expert.

Agreed.
The ranges of the two Chortophaga overlap in Louisiana, but the color of the hind tibia on this specimen rules out C. australior. This is a green form female.
