This is a...
...leaf-footed bug. Someone else could probably tell you what kind. The things on its head are the eggs of a tachinid fly that has parasitized it.

I agree
It is Acanthocephala declivis as you can plainly see
2 small shining blunt tubercles
along midline. Also visible are the eggs of a parasite, hopefully someone can identify them - great shot!
