Predacious Diving Beetle - Neoporus undulatus

Predacious Diving Beetle - Neoporus undulatus
Groton, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, USA
April 3, 2008
Size: 4.5mm

Moved
Moved from Neoporus.

N. undulatus...finally...
I see subequal protarsal claws this time; antennal segments 3 to 11 infuscate and punctures on the metacoxal plate are coarse...The degree of black maculation is highly variable in this species.
