Black Quill
Very nice photo.
Family: Leptophlebidae
Genus: Leptophlebia
Species: (likely) cupida
Life stage: subimago
Sex: male
Common name: Black Quill

Middle tail is much weaker, and slightly less than half as long as the outer two. Fore legs are dark, middle and hind legs are light.

for all the info Roger. I checked your site, and you have lots of great immages of the nymphs. If I ever get nymph pictures, I'll know where to go to ID them.
