... are the NA Plegaderus all subcortical -- or are there any living in leaf litter/treehole debris?

Histerids for the most part may not be very flashy, but they do have some interesting surface sculpturing. I feel very fortunate to have access to equipment that can bring this out.

Hopefully eventually I'll get species names on some of these AZ beasts.
