Yes, Braconidae.
This is a nice little braconid wasp, maybe genus Agathus? Likely that subfamily anyway. The elongated "face" suggests the ID.

On my end, I'm going to keep it just braconid for now. I went back and looked through my pics, and I have a female braconid that looks like it may be the same species from last year. Another fellow and you were discussing whether it would be Agathininae or Braconinae (specifically Atanycolus).
