Deer Fly?
I'm really not sure, it just has that look. Its antennae make a perfect wishbone shape, which I don't remember seeing before.

Lynette- Thanks! Try looking also at Stratiomidae, Hermetia and Hoplitimyia. Although the wings on my image are poorly shown, they do not appear to have any clear spaces as do deer flies.
