a very active little wasp (or is it a bee?) with long antennae. I only managed 2 pics

Pompilidae.
Interesting. Never seen a Priocnemis spider wasp on a flower before, but that sure looks like that is what this is. Maybe a male, judging by the long antennae. P. oregona most likely.

The flower is the Siberian Candy Flower Montia sibirica, the wasp was running all over that small patch of flowers.
