What species of Cicindela? - Cicindela oregona
Pine Valley reservoir, Washington County, Utah, USA

These bugs were very bright and flying along the top of the dirt dam at Pine Valley Reservoir (6700 ft.). It looks like the underside is white, but it's only a guess. Can anyone identify to species?
