Size: 19mm (3/4") each
Pretty sure these are mating Ichneumons. Found on apple tree.
Please verify.

Mating Ichneumon Wasps
Impressive shot of a pair of superb Banchinae (Banchus or a very closely related genus). Male is lower right (which is maybe not so obvious).
