Male Sheetweb Spider
I'm not sure which species. When photographing the web for these, it's best to get a side view because some of these can be ID'd from the shape of the web...bowl shape, dome shape, or flat. Here's and example of a side shot of a bowl-shaped web .

But this is also likely the male of the same species
as the female that you posted above if they were near each other. If they were reasonably close, we would tag and move them together.
