Almost certainly two different individuals.

Wings about twice body length.

Not Lacewing....
but reproductive termites.

I didn't know where to start and this has been bugging me for months. Looks like this Pacific Coast dampwood termite,Zootermopsis angusticollis, comparing these to other pictures on this site.
