Cryptophagid - Telmatophilus americanus

Cryptophagid - Telmatophilus americanus
The Arboretum, University of Guelph, Guelph, Wellington, Ontario, Canada
April 15, 2008
Size: 2.5 mm
Found dead, stuck in a drop of water on the side of the jar I was using to collect aquatic organisms. My guess is Crypophagidae - maybe Telmatophilus?

Thanks Boris!
That's another Cryptophagid species for Ontario. Moved from Beetles.

Telmatophilus confirmed
:-)
