Giant Conifer Aphids on balsam fir - Cinara
Burtts Corner, York County, New Brunswick, Canada

Size: 8 mm
Colony 3 of three colonies found on a balsam fir (Abies balsamea) Christmas tree farm. This colony was situated strictly under the whorl, not spread out like the other two.
