Paratettix cucullatus
Didn't think I'd figure it out this quickly after the last look-see. The structure of the pronotum is somewhat different between P. cucullatus and P. mexicanus, and the middle femora are more slender on P. cucullatus. Apparently they are both in Oklahoma.

Paratettix species
I can't tell (at least not yet) for sure if P. mexicanus or P. cucullatus without seeing a side profile of the face, but I suspect (???) that P. mexicanus is less likely as far north as Oklahoma.

Any chance it might be a pygmy grasshopper?
