Unknown in Tucson, AZ - Tegrodera aloga

Size: Approximatley 1 inch
I found this insect in our backyard while doing some planting. I later found out that they are all over the house two doors down. We have no Idea what it is. The exterminator just happen to be here today for a normal visit and he said he never saw anything like it before.
