I believe this male is the same species as here. I posted this image as it gives a little more detail on the male.

Not an ID
but possibly a soldier beetle (Cantharidae)? The elytra are interesting and reminded me of net-winged beetles, but I couldn't find a visual match there, either... :(

One of our beetle experts will help, I'm sure.

 
Orsodacnid leaf beetles.
These are leaf beetles in the Orsodacnidae family. Very nice images of what is very likely a new species, if not a new genus, in the guide!
