Size: ~ 11 mm
Taking nectar in Lesquerella kingii ssp. latifolia.
Probably impossible to take beyond genus?

large size suggests the edwardsii species group
=former subgenus Holonomada

these are parasites of Eucera (Synhalonia)

the most common species is N. edwardsii
