Is this a Red-Cross Shield Bug, Elasmostethus cruciatus? Any ideas?

Might be Podisus sp.
This might be a species of Podisus, but I can't be positive, either. The way the wings project beyond the abdomen, and the faint, dark stripe in the membrane, are characteristic of Podisus, though.

It looks more like this one to me
, but that's just a guess. I'm not even sure this isn't a stink bug. You can tell Shield Bugs and Stink Bugs apart by looking at the tarsi. Sheild Bugs have 2-segmented tarsi and Stink Bugs have 3-segmented tarsi.
