Western conifer seed bug from New Brunswick - Leptoglossus occidentalis

Size: 4 cm
Two individuals observed: on trying to get in under my garage door, and one inside the house near the front entrance. These images are of the one outside.

I have an article in a Tree Seed Working Group newsletter (No. 41, June 2005) (Canadian Tree Improvement Association) that describes the occurrence of this species in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. I don't know how to link to it, but I can send it as a PDF file to anyone who asks.
