Tenebrionidae: Alleculinae: Isomira sericea
Almost certainly Isomira sericea by the color. Would need to see the last segment of the maxillary palpi to be absolutely certain.

Statira, perhaps?
Alleculidae is now part of the Tenebrionidae, though.
