Moth - Costaconvexa centrostrigaria

Moth - Costaconvexa centrostrigaria
Burlington Township, Burlington County, New Jersey, USA
May 6, 2008
Size: small-2in across, .5 long
on siding in am, under florescent light--noise sensitive; flew away when I moved the trash can nearby. Moth was pretty small--about 2 inches wing tip to tip, and about a 1/2 to 3/4 of an in long in the body.

ID
Looks like one of the many variations of the Bent-line Carpet (Costaconvexa centrostrigaria) here
