Sawfly (Tenthredinidae)

Sawfly (Tenthredinidae)
Medford, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, USA
May 7, 2008
On the side of a building.

Definitely a sawfly
I would guess family Tenthredinidae, but I don't know the families well. This is most definitely some sort of sawfly though.

Not an ID
but I wonder if this could be a common sawfly of some sort?? I've been fooled by some of the bees before, though... Dr. Ascher will help you out, I hope.
