Peter, I'm glad some of these beetles are additions to your collection. You deserve something for all the work you're putting into the identifications.

Bradycellus neglectus
based on my microscopic examination of this specimen. The uniform dark color of elytra and a pronotum with roundish hind angles help separate this species from other Bradycellus. First one for my reference collection; supposedly occurs also in WI but have not yet seen one here. Thanks Tom.

First impression is harpalini
close to Bradycellus or Stenolophus.
