I found this very pretty moth on the cinderblocks lining the sidewalk behind my house. it looks like an elm sphinx to me but i would like a confirmation before i put it in the guide.

Thanks for the info. this is the first one of these ive seen. i wonder if the sight of an adult like this one means there are or will be caterpillars around somewhere?
