Green eyed night wasp - Female

Size: Maybe around 4 mm?
This little one came to the light at night. I liked the green eyes. I thought that it might be a Braconid Wasp (Braconidae), but I don't know how to rule out Ichneumon Wasp (Ichneumonidae)? Or maybe something else?

This is a Braconid Wasp
Presence of the vein between 1rst discoidal and 1rst submarginal cell of forewings rules out Ichneumonidae. Such green eyes are quite rare among Hymenoptera, contrary to Acalyptrate flies.
