After reading about C. bellissima, we made a family expedition to Makah Bay on the off chance we'd see one. My son Robbie (also an avid insect photographer) and I not only saw several individuals, but chased one long enough to take a number of photos of the same individual. Identified using Pearson, Knisley and Kazilek. Makah Bay is the type location, and the ragged middle band is also clear.
