According to (1), previous records of O. minutus in North America actually are Orius vicinus.

Orius minutus (Linne)
Keyed from Kelton (1978); large body size and color pattern are diagnostic; this species also has dense pubescence on the hemielytra which is not evident in the photo; an introduced European species that is now established in the Pacific Northwest.
