Size: length ~20 mm
Had two tiger moths get attracted to our outside lights. Was going to ignore one of them, but now I'm glad I didn't as they seem to be two different species.

That is an Apantesis phalerata.

 
I thought
that it was impossible to tell what species it is by only a picture. I thought you had to see some valve.
