Dictynidae?
Montague Plains Wildlife Management Area, Montague, Massachusetts, USA

Size: 2-3 mm
Hiding in an irregular web at the top of a meadowsweet bush. The abdomen pattern reminds me of the Lathys drawing in the Golden Guide, but I don't see that genus on BugGuide.
