If that is your finger that the caddisfly is resting on then I tend to doubt the measurement, which would make it larger than any north American caddis species I've ever seen. Based on the antenna, spiny legs, wing shape and the maxillary palps I'm going to hazard a guess that it is one of the giant casemakers in Phryganeidae, possibly one of the less common species of Agrypnia or even Banksiola. A unique find.
