Parasitic Wood Wasp - Orussus - Male Female

Size: 10mm approximately
I saw a number of interactions in which two individuals would notice each other, usually from several feet apart, approach and then either run off or fly off. As these were always two morphs, one with a striped abdomen and one with a red abdomen, I'm guessing male and female.
