Looks like a cross between a long-legged fly and a syrphid...any ideas?

Snipe Fly (Rhagio sp.)
These are among the Brachyceran Flies with longest and thinnest legs. Some Stiletto Flies (Therevidae) have a very similar habitus, but wing venation is slightly different.
