Goldenrod Soldier Beetle - Chauliognathus pennsylvanicus? - Chauliognathus

From the all dark legs, I'd say this was more likely a Goldenrod than a Margined Leatherwing Beetle - or is it something ele?

Right genus.
Not as certain of the species. There are several here in AZ.
