Caterpillar ID - Hypercompe scribonia
Tyler, Smith County, Texas, USA

Size: approx 1-1/4 inches
This caterpillar appeared to be feeding on a fallen nerium oleander flower. Is this a larval instar of the oleander moth? Thanks in advance for any help with ID.
