Texas Brown Tarantulas are Very Common...
The tarantulas are numerous in this area and are not a protected species. However, this particular spider was unusually "furry" and "stocky" as compared to what is normally seen. The spider had appeared after a heavy rainstorm and was on my retaining wall recovering from the downpour and small hail. It appeared to me that he had minor injuries and we carried the tarantula to a location that had more cover for him.

Hello buggy10...
I would not capture a wild tarantula and make it a pet. There are a lot of pet shops and dealers who raise tarantulas in captivity as pets. I'm sure that you could easily find one for purchase.

Recently, I have found 2 tarantula at my house, do have a nest? The first one was found in the garage and the second one walked across the living room. What should I do?
