not an ID, but I bet it's Harmonia axyridis
Clusters of over 20 pointy-tipped, spindle-shaped orange eggs say H. axyridis to me - the shape is unlike the eggs of other species I've reared, and H. axyridis lays large clutches. Of course that's not an ID, since I haven't seen every lady beetle egg in the world, but I betcha dollars to donuts that's what these are.
