Coleomegilla maculata
The Spotted, or Pink Spotted, Lady Beetle. It has a brown base color, short sparse setae, and a distinctive orange pattern, especially the round orange spots on the first thoracic segment.

It's about to molt into a new larval instar - that's why it's so pale and stretched-looking. Compare this pre-molt C. maculata larva:
