Cody, are you sure these are the same specimen?
The nymph in the other image from this post looks like a perfect match for L. kalmii, but it looks like the bug in this photo may be different. Perhaps it is just the angle, but the wing pads don't seem anywhere near as developed or black in color, and the eyes also don't seem to be as black. Additionally, the shape of the abdomen seems less flattened and more round.... I still think it's possible that the nymph in this image is also L. kalmii, but unless you're very certain that this is indeed the same specimen as in the dorsal view, I would recommend unlinking the images. If you feel there is a chance that this nymph is possibly something other than L. kalmii, I would go ahead and move it to the Lygaeidae nymphs page for now. Thanks!

Cody, please be more careful and make sure only images of the same individual ever be linked. Grave errors like this one, once made, are hard to weed out, they tend to disseminate over the web, mislead others and compromise the integrity of the guide.
