Beet Leaf Miner (Pegomya betae?) - Pegomya

Size: Eggs: 0.5mm?, Maggot: 7mm
These guys are mining my beet leaves faster than the rabbits are chomping them. I've done a little research and they most match the description of beet leaf miner (Pegomya betae), though I have yet to catch (and pin!) the adults.

Pegomya
The eggs definitely have the color, shape, and texture of Pegomya eggs. I was just looking at the eggs of another Pegomya under a microscope--a neat (and distinctive) pattern.
