Female in the same area as the male posted:


I thought this might be Efferia aestuans, but the ovipositor of the female does not look correct--it is much shorter--compare this Efferia aestuans:

Update 3/4/2020. See comments on other linked image, further opinions suggest this is Efferia_albibarbis. Image also updated to larger size.
