Size: about 1 cm
Found on an iris that had fallen to the ground. Not sure if the spider had been laying in waiting inside the flower, or had just happened upon the flower after it was downed.

Looks like from the genus Cheiracanthium. Mildly poisonous to humans. I know firsthand.
