Tolidomordella discoidea
Using Liljeblad's ref.(1), this appears to be Tolidomordella discoidea (Melsheimer, 1845). It's listed under the genus Tomoxia in that reference, but according to the ITIS site has been transfered (verified by Dr. Jackman, author of famiily in Am. Beetles). See single web image from a thesis project here (yours is much better!).
