Sergiolus capulatus? - Sergiolus capulatus - Male

I am pretty sure that this is Sergiolus capulatus but would like confirmation and also confirmation that it is a male. I found this little guy walking across my carpet. Photographed through a plastic bug catcher so it's not as clear as it could be.
