Size: 15mm
I know this a true bug, looks like a seed bug, but I'm not sure on the species. White-crossed seed bug looks similar, but mine has a red head. Thanks for your help!

Agreed.
This is an adult that 'just' emerged from its last instar exoskeleton. Before the pigments set in, many true bugs are a bright pink or orange like this. The eventual, true coloration will be much, much different. So, unable to assign a species to this specimen.
