Hopper With More White - Ophiderma pubescens

Hopper With More White - Ophiderma pubescens
Alexandria, Fairfax County, Virginia, USA
May 8, 2008
More white markings on this one than the others I've posted tonight.

Ophiderma pubescens
The densely hairy, low crest is characteristic. All the white fluff stuck to the hairs is not.

Thanks, Andy!
Glad you spotted all my hoppers here. =) The white fluff gets on any hairy little beastie that crawls around on the threshold of my door - too dusty 'round these parts!
