Lovely "bug" with interesting ornage "antlers." - Mathildana newmanella
Charlottesville, Albemarle County, Virginia, USA
I found a lot of these near a rotting stump in the woods. The unusual orange "antlers" caught my attention.

Not an expert
but I saw a couple different ones over hear that look similar
