after checking at the ummz web site, http://insects.ummz.lsa.umich.edu/fauna/Michigan_Cicadas/Periodical/Index.html#Magicicadaseptendecula, i note that the hue of the eye which tends more towards red than orange, the orange marking behind that eye, leg coloring and the orange stripes on ventral abdomen tell us these are Magicicada septendecim.

male septendecim and male septendecula both have orange edging on 4 of the ventral abdominal segments. the male septendecim has orange on the last abdominal segment as well. some male septendecim also will show a ventral orange letter 'U' with the top at the upper segment and the bottom at the abdominal tip.
