Looks like...
...subspecies plicatum based on the lack of any cupreous reflections on the prothorax. The ranges of this subspecies and nominate suaveolens overlap in this part of Texas.

...of Plinthocoelium suaveolens, a distinctive species which cannot be confused with anything else. You should edit the words "Flower lepturine" out of the title, as this genus is in a different subfamily.

There are so many different kinds, and I have only seen a few here in North Tex. I did find the easy way to take their picture, though... put them in the refrigerator overnight, and it slows them down for about ten minutes.... long enough to shoot a few frames. Then they warm up enough to fly away....
