Chalcid wasp.
Very nice! This is a chalcid wasp in the family Chalcidae. Those huge, inflated "thighs" on the hind legs, and the curved "shins" make chalcids instantly recognizable. Leucospidids are similar, but usually much larger, convincing mimics of mason wasps.
